Baptistengemeinde – 166 Sperberstraße, 90461 NürnbergOn 23 February 2019, The Send gathered 58,000 people at a stadium in Orlando, Florida. These participants joined with 250,000 online participants and declared war on passivity and indifference; they did this first with their words, then with their actions.
Each participant was challenged to get involved in one of five mission fields. They were offered immediate follow-up, and this meant that many of them received help in how they could become personally involved in missions, either in their local neighborhood, in schools, in society or by dedicating their lives to a people group in which Jesus’ name had never been uttered.
The Send was arranged in Brazil on 8 February 2020 with about 150,000 participants, and well over a million more online participants.
